By submitting an order, you agree that the home will be ready for photos to be taken at the requested or scheduled time and date of service. Please note that property square footage is subject to verification.

Usage Rights

All photography and videography produced by QuC Interactive LLC and its affiliates are owned and copyrighted by QuC Interactive LLC. Usage rights for photos and media are granted once the invoice is paid in full. The purchasing client may use the photos and media solely to market and sell the subject property. This includes usage in print materials such as marketing brochures and postcards. When photos are used in publications, whether in print or online, they must be accompanied by the following photo credit: “Photo(s) by QuC Interactive LLC.” Photos and media may not be distributed or sold to any third parties for any purpose. If third-party usage is required, additional usage rights must be purchased. QuC Interactive LLC reserves the right to use any photos or media for its own marketing purposes at any time unless a prior written agreement is made.

Reshoots

For any reshoot required due to reasons beyond the client’s control—such as acts of God, nature, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, or the fault of a third party—QuC Interactive LLC will not charge an additional fee. If QuC Interactive LLC is at fault and a reshoot or revisit is necessary, no additional fee will be charged if the request is made within 2 weeks of the original service.

Cancellations

QuC Interactive LLC will proceed with photoshoots in most weather conditions, rain or shine. However, the agent has the option to reschedule due to weather conditions without incurring a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

Payment

The client acknowledges that QuC Interactive LLC may make pricing adjustments on the invoice to accurately reflect the services ordered and correct the use of coupon codes. Full payment of the invoice is due upon receipt. By submitting an order, the client authorizes QuC Interactive LLC to charge the stored payment method on file. The payment method can be updated at any time by contacting QuC Interactive LLC. If the initial payment attempt is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to attempt collection multiple times and may use alternate payment methods on file if necessary.

Service Area

QuC Interactive LLC services the entire Philadelphia area, Delaware, and South Jersey. Travel charges may apply for locations outside these areas. If you are unsure, please contact QuC Interactive LLC..

Matterport® 3D Floorplans

Our Matterport® 3D floorplans are created using Matterport® products by our trained technicians. Any technical issues or questions should be directed to Matterport®. The 3D floorplans will be available from the time of delivery until the listing is removed from the market or for 6 months, whichever comes sooner.
